CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Cooperate with MARKETING RESULTADOS and to respond promptly to all matters related to the Services.
To provide MARKETING RESULTADOS such materials and information as it may reasonably request in order to perform the Services.
Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and consents and comply with all applicable laws in connection with the Services prior to the start date of the Services.

If compliance with the obligations of MARKETING RESULTADOS under this Agreement is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of Customer or its employees, agents, subcontractors or consultants, MARKETING RESULTADOS shall not be considered in default of its obligations or liable for any costs, charges or losses arising directly or indirectly from such delay.

FEES AND EXPENSES

The Client, in consideration of the Services that MARKETING RESULTADOS provides under the Order, it shall: (a) pay the fees set forth in the Order; and (b) pay to. MARKETING RESULTADOS all expenses incurred by MARKETING RESULTADOS at the Customer's request in connection with the provision of the Services.

The prices shown on the Site may be corrected at any time in the event that due to an involuntary error a price in $0.00 (zero pesos 00/100 M.N.) or a blank price appears, such price does not represent a final purchase price, so you should consult the final price directly with MARKETING RESULTADOS through our contact information, or by filling out the contact form on our site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that he/she is solely responsible for the defense of any claim, whether judicial or extrajudicial, against MARKETING RESULTADOS (without prejudice to the right of MARKETING RESULTADOS to participate with counsel of its own choice), and that the Client shall be solely responsible for the payment of damages, resulting from the aforementioned claims, against third parties, and that the Client shall not accept any agreement imposing any obligation or liability to MARKETING RESULTADOSwithout the prior written consent of MARKETING RESULTADOS.

NOTIFICATIONS
