Return and Refund Policy

At AYRANET S.A. DE C.V. (hereinafter "MARKETING RESULTADOS"), we strive to provide the best experience for our customers in all of our services. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require returns or refund requests. The following is our policy in this regard.

By making a purchase with us, you agree to be bound by the following Return and Refund Policy, which we recommend you read carefully before placing an order.

CHANGE OF ORDERS

If either Party wishes to change the scope or contract additional services to complete the scope of the order, it shall send details of the requested change to the other Party in writing. MARKETING RESULTADOSwithin a reasonable time after such request, will provide a written quotation to the Customer of:

  • The scope and deliverables of the requested services.
  • The time required to implement the changes.
  • Price adjustments.
  • Any other impact that the change may have on the performance of this Agreement.

Immediately upon receipt of the written quotation, the Parties shall negotiate and agree upon the terms of such change (a "Change Order"). Neither Party shall be bound by any Change Order unless mutually agreed.

MARKETING RESULTADOS may from time to time change the Services without Customer's consent, provided that such changes do not materially affect the nature or scope of the Services, or the rates or performance dates set forth in the Order.

WARRANTY

MARKETING RESULTADOS represents and warrants to Customer that it will provide the Services using personnel with the requisite skills, experience and qualifications and in a professional and skillful manner and that it will devote adequate resources to perform its obligations under these Terms.

If the Customer, within 15 days after receipt of the Services, notifies to MARKETING RESULTADOS that the Services do not meet the requirements of the Order, MARKETING RESULTADOSin its sole discretion, and as Customer's sole remedy, may do the following:

  • Repair or re-perform such Services (or the defective part), in accordance with the terms of this policy.
  • Credit or refund the price of such Services, in accordance with the terms of this policy.
  • Refuse to exchange, return or refund services, if it does not comply with the terms of this policy to be applicable.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except for the warranty set forth in the preceding paragraph of these terms, MARKETING RESULTADOS makes no warranty with respect to the services, including any (a) warranty of merchantability; (b) warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; (c) warranty of title; or (d) warranty against infringement of any third party's intellectual property rights; whether express or implied by statute, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade or otherwise.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on products purchased unless they are defective. However, if you receive a defective product or if the order you received differs from your purchase intent, we will accept returns within 15 business days from the date of receipt of service.

In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as a written statement detailing the reasons for the return. We request that you contact our customer service department through our website.

Refund Eligible Services

Returns will only be accepted if the services have manufacturing defects. In the case of digital products, returns will only be accepted if an incorrect or damaged product is delivered.

Return Procedure

Customers should notify MARKETING RESULTADOS your intention to return a service or product within 15 business days of delivery. This notification must include clear and documented details of the reason for the return.

EXCHANGES

Our replacement policy applies only to defective or damaged services. Please contact us to notify us of the problem and begin the replacement process. We ask that you please provide us with clear details for a quick and effective solution, as we are committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction.

REFUNDS

Reimbursement Criteria

Refunds will be processed after receiving and evaluating the returned services or verifying the eligibility of the service for refund. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned services do not meet the above conditions.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you by email whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 15 business days from the date of service delivery.

Refund Conditions

Reimbursements are subject to evaluation and may vary according to the type of service purchased. For services with partial or staged payments, reimbursements will be based on the stages completed and approved.

No refunds will be made if the customer has violated the terms of the contract or has provided incorrect or insufficient information affecting the provision of the service.

Services that have been used, modified or altered after delivery will not be eligible for reimbursement unless there is an inherent defect in the product or service that renders it unfit for its intended purpose.

Deliveries

Project delivery times will be established in detail with each client at the beginning of the collaboration. These deadlines will be determined after a thorough analysis of the complexity and scope of the project, considering aspects such as availability of resources, technical complexity and the necessary collaboration of the client.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or changes in project requirements, we will immediately inform the client and agree on adjustments to delivery deadlines. We will work to reach an agreement if adjustments are required due to unforeseen circumstances, which may involve rescheduling deadlines or implementing corrective measures to mitigate any impact on the quality and final outcome of the project.

In addition, the agreed timelines will include specific periods for customer reviews, clearly stating deadlines for comments and approvals. This will ensure effective collaboration and an efficient review process.

In exceptional cases, such as force majeure events or situations beyond the control of both parties, deadlines may need to be readjusted. In such circumstances, MARKETING RESULTADOS and the customer will work together in good faith to accommodate deadlines and minimize any negative impact.

POLICY CHANGES

This Policy may be modified, changed or updated as a result of new legal requirements, our own needs for the products or services we offer, our Privacy practices, changes in our business model or other causes.
